มหาวิทยาลัยคอร์เนล (อังกฤษ: Cornell University) เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในไอวีลีกตั้งอยู่ที่เมืองอิทาคา ในรัฐนิวยอร์ก สหรัฐอเมริกา ก่อตั้งเมื่อวันที่ 27 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2408 (ค.ศ. 1865) โดย เอซรา คอร์เนล และ แอนดรูว์ ดิกสัน ไวต์ คอร์เนลมีนักศึกษาประมาณ 20,000 คน (ในปี พ.ศ. 2548) มีชื่อเสียงทางด้านวิชาการในหลากหลายด้าน มหาวิทยาลัยคอร์เนลล์มีวิทยาลัยขนาดใหญ่ 2 แห่งด้วยกัน คือ College of Arts and Sciences และ College of Agriculture and Life Sciences นอกจากนี้การศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษายังได้รับการจัดอันดับอยู่ในระดับสูง อาทิ Johnson Graduate School of Management, College of Engineering, Law School, Weill Cornell Medical College และมีชื่อเสียงเป็นที่รู้จักดีทางด้านศึกษาศาสตร์ นอกจากนี้มหาวิทยาลัยคอร์เนลล์ยังมีชื่อเสียงเป็นที่รู้จักติดอันดับ คือ College of Veterinary Medicine และมีชื่อเสียงสูงมาก คือ School of Hotel Management ด้านสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมีชื่อเล่นว่า Big Red เพราะดินที่นั่นเป็นสีแดง มี Mascot คือ หมี Cornell Big Red Bear
